What you’ll learn and make

Don the apron, cook and enjoy: 

  • Crepes (Sweet & Savoury): Master the art of making perfect crepes, then fill them with a variety of delicious ingredients—both sweet and savoury.
  • Béchamel Sauce with Sautéed Mushrooms: Learn to make a creamy béchamel sauce, paired with sautéed mushrooms for a savoury crepe filling.

This class is not suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans, Dairy Intolerant and Gluten Intolerant.

This class is designed for children aged 12 to 15 years old. Please note that adults, aside from VIVE staff, are not permitted in the kitchen during the class. You are welcome to take photos at the beginning and end of the class. While waiting, feel free to explore our nearby Specialty Coffee Neighbours. The Cannery is home to a variety of fantastic food venues.
